Ministry Briefing

Attend the official expedition briefing at the Ministry of Tourism and complete last-minute preparations. Accommodation: Hotel.

Travel to Skardu

Transfer to Skardu via flight (weather-dependent) or a 2-day drive via the Karakoram Highway if flights are grounded. Accommodation: Hotel.

Day 4

Preparation in Skardu

A rest day in Skardu dedicated to gear checks, permit clearance, and final supply shopping. Accommodation: Hotel.

Day 5

Drive to Askole

Overland journey from Skardu to Askole, the final village before the commencement of the trek. Altitude: 3,000m. Accommodation: Hotel.

Day 6

Trek to Jhola
